Kirsten is a Jacksonville native, after attending LaVilla and Douglas Anderson she left to live in the United Kingdom for 7 years where she studied vocal performance and received an MA in History at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. Since returning to the U.S. Kirsten has been active in professional and community theatre and has been a member of the Jacksonville Symphony Chorus. Notable previous roles include Cinderella (Into the Woods), Susanna (Le Nozze di Figaro), Papagena (Die Zauberflöte), and Amiens (As You Like It). Most days you can find Kirsten chasing after her one-year-old son, teaching middle school, and sewing elaborate costumes whenever she gets the chance.
